Triceps are growing twice the rate of the growth of biceps..
Aint good...
Yup not good...
Star jumps and squads are killing me(literally).
Due to that, i have a muscle ache at the thighs...

It was an awful sight. Everywhere there were aliens surrounding him. I just call this species "GEEK" for now. It's like OMG... Elias, What were you thinking brother? How are you going to survive this horror? What should i do? Let's start some pimpin'. You there go for a face makeover! You change your personality! You... You geek get out of here! Only a few decent people i can mix around with.. Actually, from their point of view, Im the wierd one.... Haha.... Im like an Nightmarish creature which they orefer to avoid rather than confronting me. Or maybe, it's my 1st time attending it... OOh now i know why.. It takes time to build rapport..
