i was so restless in school today... i struggled to keep my eyes wide open at every single second that pass. I hypothesized this - when an individual is tired, his brain will signal the body to shutdown. Henceforth, i came out with this equation:
Elias tired = Elias sleeping in the evening till morning
This equation is simple yet useful. It can be applied to anyone who lacks the sleep.
Anyway, i just woke up from a 6 hour nap and i hope to carry it on for another 6 hours..

The coumpound is heated for a sufficient time (about 10 mins)to allow complete decomposition.
The compound is is heated in the hottest part of the non-luminous flame to allow complete decompostion.
Upon strong heating, the compound lumps together. The lump cant be broken down despite the constant shaking. Hence, the heat is not evenly distributed in the compound and which results o an incomplete decompostion. Hence, the mass loss is lesser than expected.

Im so happy today!
Why?
Cause i attained a minimum of B grade for all the five stations for NAPFA.
Shuttle run --> 9.6 sec
Standing Broad Jump --> 240 cm
Chin up --> 9
Sit and reach --> 45 cm
Sit up --> 42+ ( couldnt remember exact figure)
Damn nice lah...
Now i just need to get C grade for 2.4km run to get gold...

He tried lying his way through Mr Nordin Lesson. He managed to get out of trouble.
Mr Nordin asked reza if he had copied the notes. Reza talked nonsense and said 'SERIOUS'. Everyone saw right thru him that he wa lying... I said ' Reza dont lie ah' Eventually nordin check his work and lied his way thru...
The story behind the word SERIOUS:
During of the chem practical lesson Reza did hisxperiment once and lied to the chem teacher saying he did twice. But, it backfired when the teacher saw the solution baker was half- used.
Teacher: You sure you did twice?
Reza: ya i did twice
Teacher: You sure?
Reza: Serious!
Teacher walked towards reza to check his work
Teacher: where's the reading? Why u havent write down the readings?
Reza: oh... i remember the readings.
Then teacher saw the solution was half-used
Teacher: You'e suppose to use 80.0 cm3
Reza: Huh? Really? i did wrong...
Teacher: You stay back on thursday.
Reza: WHat for? i really did my work
Teacher walked away from the bench.

We went for the malay percussion thingy and learnt soem basics beats for the kompang.
DAmn nice lah the thing...
Inspired me to play percussion instrument...
My grp made a beat but th ehighlight was thina making 'OWW' sound.
DAmn funy lah...
Went to Kovan KFC for dinner...
On the way home in 81 bus and suddenly felt the need to go to the toilet to pass urine... i held it for nearly 1 hour in the bus.. I was in agony! the bus was all shaky and i culd feel the vibration. By th etime i reach tampines, was at my max!
I persevered on... i could not even move an inch cause it hurts that much.. By the time i alight the bus, i could not walk properly.. in the end i ran home, i rushed to the toilet...
AHHHHHHH!!! SUCH A RELIEF.....
I felt like was in heaven! Haha...

Sports day wasnt that spectacular as i expected..
Firstly, there's lesson up till 3.30pm. So, everyone was damn tired.
Second, it's held in Srjc... Aww...
Lastly, it's just plain boring when you are not participating.
It's time to train my fitness...
My time has come to reign supremacy!
Played wrestling with thina... Haha.. Damn Fun.
Has my strengt tested against Kai Zheng. Bloody hell, he damn strong lah he... I could only budge him for a few 10 cm until he pushed me off... HAha... For your info, he's twice my weight. so that's twice the strength...

2.4km run -----------------> 13 mins!!!!
I bet if i throw a stone down in a senior citizen corner, 3 out of 5 old people can run faster than me. Oh NO! Even girls can run faster than me... Aww.. Gonna attack any girls who run faster than me! Okay let's see... I should start with........
Anyway, This is blasphemous!
I appear to be fit, someone who could easily run 2.4km within 11 mins, a steed if i may say. However, after months of intense lazing at home beats the crap out of me. I lost my mojo to run! Might as well slit my wrist so i will bleed in agony for pleasure. PAIN FOR PLEASURE. Oh my, that's goth and sick. Im no emo neither am i senile, Im just cool( Oh please.. That is so whatever). Oh ya remind me of an equation Amos + Emo = Emos. Amos cant mix around with emo kids cause it will cause swarms of Emos to infest Singapore. We might need shieldtox or maybe bear maze to ward them off. If that ever happen, just two words: SCREW AMOS! ( Im referring to Amos 1st Aid Kit )
